We advocate ‘pilot communication’, which means that the planning of a project involves creating sketches of the work that is to be undertaken in order to avoid misunderstandings. In this way, all involved parties are given the opportunity to comment and make their needs clear before work begins. We are, of course, able to work according to sketches that our clients’ have created themselves.
