Throughout the setup, we manage the project, create environments, and populate them with content at the desired location. We have extensive experience coordinating large projects involving many stakeholders, where effective logistics are crucial.

Project kick-off meeting

We meet to discuss the project’s scope and develop a detailed requirements specification, which serves as the foundation for the entire process. Our goal is to ensure we have a mutual understanding and are aligned towards a common objective.

Concept & design

Using the requirements specification as our starting point, we develop concepts and design proposals. Our creative team generates innovative solutions, presented as detailed sketches of the design and the work to be executed. During the creative process, you’ll have the opportunity to review various solutions to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

Project plan

Through thorough research, we gain insight into the project’s scope. After identifying the necessary expertise and selecting suitable materials and products, we establish a timeline and budget for the project.

Manufacturing & production

In accordance with the provided sketches, we create custom solutions in our production facilities using the materials requested by our clients. We ensure that every component meets the highest quality standards and adheres to previously set specifications.

Construction & installation

Once production is complete, our experienced team, led by the project manager, assembles the materials on-site at the client’s location. We maintain high standards of order and professionalism during implementation, regardless of the working environment. Our organisation operates efficiently to achieve the set goals.

Logistics & storage

Logistics is one of our strengths. We are self-sufficient, with spacious warehouses located on the outskirts of Stockholm. Our fleet of vehicles and machinery allows us to store both our materials and those of our clients. This enables us to guarantee complete control over timelines and costs related to logistics and storage.

Follow-up & evaluation

After project completion, we conduct an internal review to document costs and any unforeseen events systematically. We evaluate the results to ensure that you, as a client, can become an ambassador for our services and recommend us to others in the future.
