Prior to commencing work on a commission, we always undertake thorough research. On the basis of this information we form an idea of the scope of the commission and what is required of us as a supplier. When we have identified the competencies that are required and specified suitable materials and products, we draw up a timetable and budget for the commission. Our goal is for the client to be able to focus solely on the success of the event, while we deal with the details.<\/p>\n

Our commissions are undertaken in accordance with the Project Management Standard \u2013 PRINCE2 by our certified project managers. We use a web-based project management platform that allows interested parties to follow the project in real time and thus gain insight into development, progress, timetable, etc., ensuring excellent communication.<\/p>\n
